Grab an image from a grab window 
With Troi Grabber Plug-in you can open a window and let the user grab an image. The image can then be stored in a container field.
Grab a movie from a separate window
With Troi Grabber Plug-in you can open a window and let the user record a movie. You can even record HD with an attached HDV camera. The movie is saved on disk and is inserted as a reference in a container field.
